For material orders, delivery is typically completed within 3 to 7 working days within the Tamil Nadu region. For structural fabrication projects, timelines are shared individually based on the project scope.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. However, for custom fabrication or solar work, cancellations are not permitted once the material cutting or welding process has started.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days as per bank and Razorpay standards.
If materials arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at our official support email for a replacement or refund.
